We offer 60% of what we price your item for in store credit, or 20% in cash.

Any items with staining, holes and tears or distinct odours aren’t resellable for us.
Items that give us reason to doubt their authenticity are automatically discarded.
As a general rule, formal wear - including smart shoes, heels, suits, blazers and formal dresses aren’t styles we usually consider buying, however exceptions may be made in some circumstances.
