Absolutely. We are a retail shop first and foremost - you can walk in, browse, try things on and purchase just like any other clothing store.
Yes! Everything displayed on the shop floor is available to purchase unless marked otherwise.
We restock daily, so there’s always something new to discover. If you don’t find something this time, it’s always worth popping back in.
We specialise in high-quality preloved fashion. Every item is carefully selected before it goes onto the shop floor.
We can hold items for you until the end of the same day. After this time the item will be returned to the shop floor. Ask a member of staff if you'd like to place an item on hold until the end of the day.
Our prices are already set competitively based on brand, condition, and demand, so we don’t usually negotiate — but we do run promotions and events regularly.
Yes - you’re very welcome to try things on in store so you can make sure everything fits perfectly.
Yes! We stock shoes, bags, and accessories alongside clothing- availability depends on what comes in.
Most of our stock is preloved, but you may occasionally find brand-new items with tags too.
We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds. Items must be:
• In original condition
• With tags still attached
• Accompanied by your receipt
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed after the 14-day period.
